We do not guarantee profitability, trading performance, or accuracy of market outcomes. Any examples, visualizations, signals (including visual markers such as arrows, zones, or highlights generated on the chart), or analytical outputs produced by the software are provided for analytical and educational purposes only.

4.4 Transparency & Disclosure

5. Anti-Fraud & Acceptable Use

We maintain a strict policy against misuse of our services. Users are prohibited from:

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Position

Nordman Algorithms does not operate as a financial institution and does not process or hold client funds. As such:

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, which may apply their own AML/KYC procedures.

Our services depend on third-party platforms and providers, including trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, DAS Trader, cTrader, TradingView, TradeStation, Quantower, Interactive Brokers (IBKR) / Trader Workstation (TWS), Tradovate), brokers and data providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for execution of trades, broker performance, data feed accuracy, or third-party service interruptions.
