Alexi, the programmer I was assigned, has been a magician. I have presented two different trading strategies over the past 18 months and he converted both strategies into an EA for the MT5 platform. As I implemented the strategies, I found holes that needed to be fixed (in the strategy, not the programming). He was fair in the pricing and very quick on the turnaround time. Remember though, the more complex, the longer it will take. I plan on having the final products converted to the MT4 platform when I'm done making changes/modifications. You must have a clear understanding of the strategy, entrance/exit, etc. The better your documentation the better the results will be.
