These Terms of Service govern the use of products and services provided by Nordman Algorithms.

Nordman Algorithms is a trade name of Nordman Algorithms OÜ (Reg. No. 14435535), registered in Tallinn, Estonia.

By using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Nordman Algorithms operates as a software development and technology provider.

We provide:

• Trading indicators
• Trade copier tools
• Custom software development

We do not provide financial services, investment advice, or managed trading services.

Standard products include:

• Indicators
• Trade copier software

Access is provided via:

• Subscription (monthly)
• Lifetime license (where applicable for indicators only)

Trade copier products are available on a subscription basis only.

A single active subscription provides access to all standard products available on the website at the time of subscription and during the active subscription period.

Users may use multiple products under one active subscription without purchasing separate licenses.

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.

A 5-day free trial may be available for selected products.

• No charges apply during the trial period
• By starting a trial, the user authorizes automatic billing after the trial period unless cancelled
• If not cancelled within the trial period, the subscription renews automatically
• Users are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions

Custom development services include:

• Strategy development
• Indicator development
• Automation tools
• Platform integrations

Each project is based on a defined technical specification agreed upon before development begins.

Payments for standard products are processed via:

• PayPal (subscriptions and one-time purchases)
• Bank transfer or debit/credit card (invoice) — available upon request for one-time purchases only

Subscription payments are recurring and must be cancelled by the user if no longer required.

Custom development is performed on a prepayment basis:

• 50% before the start of development
• 50% before delivery of the first working version of the software

Payments may be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or card payment via invoice.

Development timelines depend on:

• Project complexity
• Technical requirements
• Current developer workload

Estimated delivery timelines are provided before the start of the project and are not guaranteed. Actual timelines may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and technical constraints.

The customer is responsible for testing the delivered software to ensure that it meets the agreed specifications and requirements.

To report issues, the customer must provide:

• Log files
• Screenshots
• Detailed descriptions of the issue

Post-delivery support is included with all custom development projects.

Support includes:

• Resolution of software bugs
• Fixing discrepancies from agreed specifications (within technical feasibility)
• Installation assistance

Support does not include:

• New features
• Strategy modifications
• Functional changes beyond the original specification

The support phase is a collaborative process between the customer and Nordman Algorithms.

During this phase:

• Issues may be investigated using logs, screenshots, or remote access (if required)
• Platform-specific limitations or user configuration issues may affect behaviour
• Fixes are implemented based on reproducible technical issues

The customer agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate specifications in written form
• Supply any required third-party tools, indicators, or dependencies
• Ensure proper testing of delivered software

Nordman Algorithms is not responsible for:

• Misinterpretations caused by incomplete or unclear specifications
• Errors resulting from incorrect use of the software

Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

All intellectual property rights are governed by our Security & Intellectual Property policy.

Standard products remain the property of Nordman Algorithms OÜ and are licensed to the user on a limited, non-transferable basis.

Ownership of custom-developed software is transferred to the client upon final delivery and full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific logic is not reused or resold.

We treat all client information and project materials as strictly confidential.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request prior to project initiation.

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy software
• Attempt to extract or replicate proprietary logic
• Redistribute or resell products without authorisation
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent licensing systems
• Use software for unlawful purposes

Nordman Algorithms does not provide financial services and is not a regulated financial institution. We reserve the right to perform identity verification and fraud prevention checks, and to suspend or restrict access in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, payment disputes, or violation of these Terms.

Nordman Algorithms shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses or trading outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or trading opportunities
• Outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the software

Use of the software is at the user’s sole risk.

Refund terms are defined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase. Refund requests for custom development must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Testimonials appearing on this website may not be representative of all users and do not guarantee future performance or success.

Our software relies on third-party platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, DAS Trader, cTrader, TradingView, TradeStation, Quantower, Interactive Brokers (IBKR) / Trader Workstation (TWS), Tradovate).

We are not responsible for:

• Platform performance or availability
• Broker execution or data accuracy
• Changes to third-party APIs or platform functionality

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
