Testing and Support
The customer is responsible for testing. We provide a lifetime support for the software according to the original specifications. Support includes corrections of major bugs, obvious differences from the original specifications within technical possibilities of the related software, installation support.
The support stage is usually the most prolonged and intense stage of a project. On this stage, you as a customer review the developed software to ensure that it is implemented in accordance with your needs and requirements. While we always perform the beta-testing by ourselves, there could be cases of misunderstandings, trading platform related issues, other specific errors caused by incorrect usage of the software. These issues are assessed during the support stage and are fixed in a tight connection with you, extracting log files and screenshots of detected errors, connecting remotely and executing any other procedures needed.
For all our customers we provide an extensive support that includes a lifetime guarantee for bug fixing, software installation help, fine-tuning amendments and tutorials on software usage.
Customer Responsibilities
A Customer is obliged to supply information in a written form and provide the whole range of custom indicators or external applications required to complete the project.
In the situation of an inadequate information or other inconsistency, we may contact you. Nevertheless, we carry no responsibility for the possible misconception that occurred due to not accurate description. Extra charge for the additional work may take place as well.
A Customer is responsible for the testing of the program, to verify that the product corresponds to the need and provided specifications. To report any error or trading issue it is required to endow access to the logs, screenshots and any other related documentation.
Risk Warning

The average time that it takes for product development from the moment the specification is agreed is 3-5 working days. Product development can be completed faster, the established development period depends on the complexity of the project.
Payment Terms and Methods
Nordman Algorithms operates on a prepayment basis. A 100% prepayment should be made before the start of the product development.
We are able to receive payments via several channels: by credit card upon issuing an e-invoice on your email, or by direct bank (wire) transfer.
Majority of our payments are processed via PayPal, however if you have any issues with this system, feel free to contact us on this and we will find a payment solution that suits you.

The customer may request for a refund at any time before the compiled assembly of the requested software is sent to him/her, or in case of unpredicted technical issues that make impossible to code the requested trading software and the customer doesn’t want to amend the requirements to fit the existing technical solution.

Nordman Algorithms reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms of Service in whole or in part, at any time. The modification or change in Terms of Service will be effective once the notice of such changes is posted.
